We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of leadership and managing a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Assist with audits and provide necessary financial information to auditors
- Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
